God didn’t bring you this far to leave you

For the longest while i’ve been hearing that verse and i never knew where it came from, and honestly, i never cared. I just knew that it comforted me. But words are so much more meaningful when you know where they came from because then you know how well you can depend on them.

By the way, i’m not 100% sure who exactly said it, but the only person’s name i saw attached to it is Rev Run.

Although those exact words didn’t come from the Bible, you can be assured that the Bible says the same thing in so many better and different ways. God truly Loves us with an immeasurable Love and has made that Love available to us thanks to His Amazing Grace,

Psalm 37:23-28 (KJV)

23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.

24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.

25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.

27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

28 For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Philippians 1:6 (KJV) – Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

or again

Hebrews 13:5 – …for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

The Bible is covered from page to page with this message even when we don’t see it.

Trust in Him.

Don’t give up on Him, He hasn’t given up on you

Be Blessed 🙂
